Master of Tourism Program (MoTP) Curriculum
The Master of Tourism program is a multi-disciplinary study program that focuses on sustainable tourism development. The curriculum of the program is designed keeping in mind both scientific vision and market needs. The curriculum is based on various workshops that were conducted between 2014 to 2016. These workshops were held at the international, national, and local levels. The ASEM Joint Curriculum International Forum has produced five courses for the joint curriculum of Indonesian and European universities. The Indonesian Tourism Higher Education Association (Hildiktipari) has also conducted a workshop to finalize the curriculum and learning outcomes for each level and study program. MoTP arranges academic programs in compliance with applicable regulations. As such, theoretical courses carry more credits than practical courses, with a composition of 60% theory and 40% practice.
